Pricing 2017 “A La Carte” Venue 10 am – 10 pm on wedding day  Rehearsal – evening prior, 2 hours  Tent/Dance floor  Cottage Restrooms  Bridal Party Dressing Rooms/Lunch  Tables-32 round, 10 rectangular, 3 bistro  White garden chairs-250  Table linens and napkins (see list for colors)  Décor and Props – set out/clean up = bride’s crew (Wedding Director, etc) TOTAL = $3,600 Choose any or all of these extra services: “A La Mode” Bar package (does not include alcohol) $600.00  Bar rental  2 bartenders for maximum of 4 hours  Champagne flutes, wine glasses, beer cups, ice Set up chairs & tables – SFF staff $150.00 Clean up chairs, tables, linens – SFF staff $150.00 Wedding Director and 1 helper -- *See note below $950.00  1 - 2 hour planning session  Rehearsal  10 am – 10 pm wedding day DJ / Sound system $900.00  1 - 2 hour planning session  6 hours for wedding & reception Cake cutting service $50.00  Small plates  Plastic forks  Cake knife and serving pieces  Wait person for 30 minutes (guest self-service) Dinnerware – $200-$500 up to 100 place settings=$200; 150=$300; 200=$400; 250=$500  Vintage, eclectic dinner plates  Mason jars or water goblets  Flatware (knife, fork and spoon for each setting)  Set up = bride’s crew (Wedding Director, etc)  Tables bussed, plates rinsed = Caterer  Dishwashing = SFF TOTALS *Use our professional Wedding Director (helper included) and receive a $350 refund after your wedding. *Bring your own professional Wedding Director and receive a $200 refund after your wedding.
