DEPOSIT: To reserve a date at LOCUST HILL MANOR, a refundable security of $1285.00 and a signed FACILITY RENTAL AGREEMENT are required. This deposit is not a part of nor applicable to the rental fees and it is refundable within 10 days after your event in accordance with the terms & conditions as set forth in the signed FACILITY RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Built in 1850 by a Brigadier Civil War General, Locust Hill Manor is a Wytheville, Virginia wedding venue steeped in elegance, beauty, and grace. The muted color palettes, rustic details, and vintage styling create the perfect backdrop for your wedding day, not to mention the manor overlooks breathtaking pastoral lands and the Blue-Ridged Mountains. LOCUST HILL MANOR is the perfect venue to honor the past while celebrating the future.
Locust Hill Manor is one of the only antebellum, plantation homes in SW Virginia open for weddings.
WHAT’S INCLUDED Amenities, LHM sits on 5 acres of mostly flat lawn, which accommodates parking and prime locations for wedding ceremonies and receptions.
Ease of travel, we are located a short drive from the intersection of I-81 and I-77, so your out-of-town guests will find your wedding with ease.
Sustainability, Locust Hill Manor is a conservation easement, has been awarded a forest stewardship award, and is a member of the conservation reserve program.
Accommodations, events at Locust Hill Manor include access to the elegantly
decorated Bridal Suite, the Gentlemen’s Parlor, a full sized kitchen, two full bathrooms, 70 wooden folding chairs, two 32’x20’ tents, and 14 6ft tables.
Venue services, included in the rental price is a wedding consultation, and a 2 hr rehearsal before your wedding day.
