No Refund to Bearer Game Time & Date Subject to ChangeVerify Two Weeks Prior to Game. This ticket is a revocable license. Admission may be refused or ticket holder (the "holder") ejected at the sole discretion of Padres, LP (the "Padres"), subject to refund. Refund will not be granted if the holder fails to comply with the following terms, or is deemed to be disorderly. Holder assumes all direct and indirect risks and danger incidental to the game of baseball and/or related events to which this ticket admits holder, whether such risks occur prior to, during or subsequent to the actual playing of the game, including but not limited to, danger of being injured by thrown bats, thrown or batted balls or other equipment, players or officials entering the spectator areas; pre and postgame activities; lost, stolen, damaged personal property; and any incidents or accidents associated with crowds of people. The holder agrees that the Padres, Major League Baseball ("MLB"), participating clubs, their agents, players, staff and other individuals related to the games or events are not liable for injuries or property losses resulting from any such causes. Holder agrees not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, reproduction or other depiction in any media now or hereafter existing, of all or any part of the baseball game or related events to which this ticket admits the holder. Breach of the foregoing may result in legal action against the holder. This ticket grants MLB, Padres and anyone authorized by the Padres irrevocable permission to use the holder's voice, image or likeness for any live or recorded video display, broadcast or other transmission, reproduction or other depiction in any media now or hereafter existing for any legal purpose without the consent of the holder. This ticket must be presented for admission to Petco Park, retained by the holder during the baseball game and/or related events, and shown to any Padres Official upon request. If the holder obtained this ticket from an authorized Padres ticket broker and requires a seat with disability access, holder may contact the Padres ticket office to exchange this ticket for an accessible seat location (based on availability). In the event the game associated with this ticket is canceled or not completed, this ticket becomes a rain check that must be presented to the Padres for exchange to another game, or to exercise other options presented by the Padres, within 7 days of the original game date unless another deadline is specified by the Padres. All exchanges are subject to limitations set forth by the Padres and subject to seat availability for the selected game. No resale of this ticket is permitted (i) via the Internet or any other interactive media, except through the Official website of the Padres (www.padres.com) or other sites authorized by the San Diego Padres, without the prior written consent of the Padres; or (ii) if prohibited by any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation. If this ticket is sold by or purchased from anyone not authorized by the Padres, seller and buyer assume all legal and financial risks associated with the transaction. This ticket may not be resold without the authorization of the Padres. Tickets sold by unauthorized persons or companies could be lost, stolen, or counterfeit. The Padres will not honor lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets. The Padres are not responsible for losses due to unauthorized ticket transactions. This ticket may not be used for advertising promotions (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without the express written permission of the Padres. This ticket may be replaced at the sole discretion of and subject to the policies of the Padres. The purchase of or presentation of this ticket does not guarantee receipt of a promotional item.
