Prize Draw Terms and Conditions ________________________________________________________________ Introduction 1
These terms and conditions are the rules (the ‘Rules’) that apply to the prize draw (the ‘Prize Draw’) organised and promoted by the England and Wales Cricket Board Limited (‘Organiser’) in connection with All Stars Cricket.

The Prize Draw and these Rules are governed by English law. These Rules will apply unless expressly stated or varied by the Organiser. A copy of these Rules will be posted on the Organiser’s website at https://www.ecb.co.uk/all-stars-cricket-parents-questions-and-answers.

By entering the Prize Draw you, and the club that you are entering into the Prize Draw are accepting these Rules and agreeing to be bound by them.

Any queries should be directed in writing to ASCMVCOMP2018, England and Wales Cricket Board Limited, Lord’s Cricket Ground, St John’s Wood, London NW8 8QZ.

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Prize Draw or to amend these Rules at any time without notice. Notification of cancellation or any amendment(s) will be posted on the Organiser’s website at https://www.ecb.co.uk/all-stars-cricket-parents-questions-and-answers.

The Organiser’s decision is final on all matters relating to this Prize Draw and these Rules and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

In the event of any dispute regarding these Rules or otherwise relating to the Prize Draw, the Organiser’s decision shall be final.

The Prize Draw will close at midnight on 31 January 2018 (the ‘Closing Date’).
Entries 9
The Prize Draw is open to all cricket clubs in England and Wales that register with the Organiser to provide All Stars Cricket programmes, upload their All Stars Cricket sessions by the Closing Date and which run the sessions that have been uploaded (‘Club’).

There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary in order to participate in the Prize Draw. Only one sign up per Club is permitted giving one entry to the Prize Draw.

The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Club and reserves the right to disqualify any Club if, in the Organiser’s opinion, the Club or any person acting on behalf of the Club, has breached any of these Rules or otherwise acted improperly or dishonestly.

Entry into the Prize Draw can only be made by registering for AllStars via https://www.ecb.co.uk/play/all-stars/centres and uploading the Club’s All Stars Cricket sessions by the Closing Date and running all of those sessions.

Internet transmissions are not guaranteed to be secure against interception. The Organiser will not be responsible for network, computer or software failures of any kind or for any registrations and uploads that are not received.
The draw and prize

The Prize Draw will take place on 4 June 2018 (the ‘Draw Date’) and there is one prize which is a visit by Michael Vaughan to an All Stars Cricket session run by the Club and taking place between May and August 2018 (the session and date being chosen by the Organiser) (the ‘Visit Date and Session’). The winning Club must be able to take up the prize on the Visit Date and Session.

The winner will be drawn from the entries received by the Closing Date. The winner will be drawn at random by an independent third party.

The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize at any time with a prize of equal or greater value. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The prize is awarded at the Organiser’s discretion and no prize will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any Club.

The prize winning Club will be notified by email after the Draw Date.

Failure to claim a prize within the time specified in the Organiser’s prize notification, or any failure to comply with these Rules, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.

The prize winning Club agrees that the Organiser may publish the Club’s name and town/city in any media in connection with the Prize Draw and on the Organiser’s website. The name of the winning Club will be available on written request to the Organiser.
Use of information 20
Any personal data relating to any individual which is received by the Organiser in relation to the Prize Draw will be used in accordance with current applicable UK data protection legislation and the Organiser’s privacy policy which can be found at www.ecb.co.uk [or by clicking here] or can be obtained from [email protected]. Each Club, by entering the Prize Draw, consents to the Organiser processing the Club’s information (including their Twitter handle and any contact information supplied by the entrant) to administer the Prize Draw, deliver prizes and to ensure compliance with these Rules.

Entrants may be requested to take part in the Organiser’s promotional activities relating to the Prize Draw and the Organiser reserves the right to use the names and images of the Club and its All Stars Cricket sessions for its promotional purposes.
