Professional Leadership Certificate This four-part series is designed to develop skills and effectiveness for supervisors, managers and team leaders. Classes combine group discussions, case studies, and activities to deliver training objectives. Each class meets weekly for approximately three and a half hours, allowing time to reflect and apply new skills in the work environment.

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING CAMPAIGNS March 1, 8, 15, 22, and April 5 This series highlights how Social Media is transforming marketing and positively affecting such functional areas as: customer service, public relations, brand management, conversion of quality prospects, sales and research. Social media marketing campaigns break down an organization’s business plan to address the needs of individual consumers.

PRACTICAL FINANCIAL CONCEPTS IN TODAY’S WORLD April 12, 19, 26, and May 3, 10 This series will introduce participants to the basic concepts of record keeping, cash flow, budgeting, balance sheets, banking, mortgages, loans, insurance, and investments.

Businesses supporting employee fees may qualify for 50% PLANNING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT May 17, 24, 31, and June 7, 14 (Last class & celebration) Planning and Project Management will guide individuals through the Project Management Institute’s (pmi.org) PMBOK foundations to introduce the practices and key concepts of managing a project including the main processes and lifecycle. Participants will learn how to properly define a project, identify the five process groups in a project’s lifecycle, and determine when to use the appropriate project management methodology. Additional insight on project management success will be covered through necessary soft skills such as communication, relationship building, collaboration, conflict resolution, as well risk identification/management.
