The Project Coordinator is a key administrative position responsible for accurate order entry, researching and resolving RMA’s, processing credit applications and setting-up house accounts. The Project Coordinator will interface with Architects, General Contractors, designers and Project Managers. The Project Coordinator will prepare and manage project related correspondence, documents and spreadsheets and act as the liaison between internal Sales Teams and our clients. Responsibilities:  Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team  Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner  Track and manage contemplated change notices and change orders in our database  Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude  Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations Requirements:  B.A. in Business Administration or Communications  2 years of experience working within the construction industry  Working knowledge of construction, costs, estimating and bidding process  Ability to read and understand specifications and drawings  Strong ability to multitask, organize and maintain focus under pressure  Strong business and financial acumen  Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills  Strong PC Skills (MS Office Suites, Salesforce.com and CAD)  Successful candidate will be persistent and maintain a positive working relationship with sub-contractors and clients Benefits  We offer growth potential for motivated professionals, great compensation, and full benefits including matching 401k, dental insurance, medical insurance, pre-tax accounts for health care, paid sick time, and paid company holidays. * Solatube International, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
