Dear Parent/Guardian: The first Project Graduation meeting was held on September 26, 2016 and the planning is underway. The cost for each student is $150. This can be paid in in one or two installments. Please see separate payment stub paperwork attached. More information regarding fundraising efforts will be sent shortly. If you own a business or frequent a business that you think may want to contribute a corporate donation, please see attached donation letter. All donations are tax deductible. The night will include transportation to and from the venue, food, beverages and entertainment. The students will receive gift bags as well. There is a lot of work that will go into making the night a success and the committee chairpersons will need volunteers.
