Project Name: VMS Monthly Report of the honored ones.
In second day of the training two of our supervisors, Mr. Bansilal and Mr. Virsing conducted sessions on Marathi and Math. The new teachers were encouraged more to pay attention in order to learn different methods of teaching.
2) English Literature: English sounds were taught to the teachers by our supervisor (Kailas Pawara). 3) Computer/IT training: Teachers brought their laptops and practiced during sessions under the guidance of Mr. Kesram Pawara. They need to learn more about some basic formulas of excel. Events & Update , Support required 1) Teacher’s Day – Around 180 people participated in the event mentioned above. It was a heart touching event in the lives of the honored ones and also in the lives of their family members. These teachers have shaped the lives of their students going in the remotest places on bikes and even walking in heavy rain, winter and scorching heat. It was an inspiration to our teachers and VMS students who participated in this event. Issues/Challenges 1) As usual one teacher left the class and went for a full day joy. We tried to search for a teacher but nobody is willing to take the class. Eventually we transferred one class among 20 classes of UEP which we are running from our province mentioned in previous report. We are very grateful to ASHA for such wonderful support to our work.
