PMD Relocation Kit
Case Study: S39001 PMD Relocation Kit On GM 6.5L diesel engines, the PMD (Pump Mounted Driver) is exposed to excessive amounts of heat that over time will destroy the internal components.

Expansion Tank Service Kit / Governor Pressure Sensor & Solenoid Kit
TechSmart™ introduces a proven quality solution for the BMW expansion tank system issue. The OE designed tank can fail over time, leaking coolant and increasing the risk of over-heating. The thermostat located on the oil cooler is often damaged while removing the expansion tank. TechSmart™ Expansion Tank Service Kit provides the expansion tank, oil cooler thermostat (auto trans only), and coolant level sensor to improve the vehicle’s cooling system functions. Auto Trans Oil Cooler Thermostat is also available separately (B49001).

4WD Vacuum Actuator TechSmart™ offers a proven quality 4WD Vacuum Actuator for Ford’s Electronic Shifton-the-Fly systems. The OE system uses a vacuum operated diaphragm to engage the axle during 4WD operation. When the OE part fails (usually from a rotted or torn diaphragm), the hubs will not engage, leaving the vehicle stuck in 2WD mode. Installing a TechSmart™ 4WD Actuator to replace the failed OE component will solve the problem ensuring the vehicle will be fixed right the first time.
