In accordance with Stanford University’s Emergency Plan, you are required to provide Stanford Conferences with an Emergency Contact List for all of your program’s participants, staff, and guests. The roster form sent to you will be accompanied by a separate Emergency Contact List document (created in Excel; see sample below) that you will be required to return to Stanford Conferences two weeks before your program’s start date. If you choose to create your own Excel document, please be sure to include all of the information indicated in the sample below.
