I just found out cuccina Bambini is planing to open in los gatos. It's such a great idea. I love it and it will be closer to us so we can go there more often. Hope they open it soon

Dear Jocelyn, I have heard that Cucina Bambini is applying for a permit to open a second location here in Los Gatos. As a resident of Los Gatos I want to express what a great fit the business will be for our community. When my children were in preschool we would often got to Willow Glen to enjoy a cooking class at Cucina Bambini. My youngest still likes to go and enjoy a cooking class. I am the owner of Willow Street Pizza located next to 22 South Santa Cruz Ave. I am aware of the Cucina Bambini Conditional Use Application proposed use of the vacant space at 22 South Santa Cruz Ave. Willow Street Pizza would like to have Cucina Bambini as its neighbor. I feel the Cucina Bambini use would be very compatible to our business and the other business in the area and should increase the badly needed foot traffic on South Santa Cruz Ave. Cucina Bambini would bring a use downtown that does not exist. It is family owned and operated. Additionally, it is a combination of a destination business which also would generate sales tax revenue ..
I strongly recommend the council approval of the Cucina Bambini CUP.

DearCouncilMembera I am the owner of Gehrkens Fine Jewelry in Los Gatos. I have considered the Cucina Bambini Conditional Use Permit and find it to be a good addition to Downtown Los Gatos Business. It is a very compatible to my business and I feel it would be an ideal use that does not exist.in Downtown. I request the Town Council to vote for the Cucina Barnbini Conditional Use Permit Application.

Dear Council Members, I have reviewed the Cucina Bambini proposal and CUP application for the vacant space located at 22 South Santa Cruz Ave. I feel this would be a s plendid tenant and an ideal use to occupy this challenging location. While other businesses have found this off-the-beaten-track location to be too challenging to survive. I believe Cucina Bambini brings a unique range of products and services that could thrive despite the foot traffic which other central business district business enjoy. Cucina Bambini will be a destination for families to share quality time, learn life skills and explore creativity. Cucina Bambini is a local fami ly-owned-and-operated business. Cucina Bambini offers cooking classes for all ages and has a welcomed retail component to its use. I for one, can say their epicu rea n product line will be a very welcomed addition to the downtown offerings. One of Cucina Bambini s pecialties is a children's hands-on cooking school that gets rave reviews. They offe r culinary educatio n covering a wide range of cooking techniques, along with safe food handling instruction fo r youngsters and ad ults. We should welcome this youth-friend ly, and fami ly friendly business to our down town. This is exactly the kind of business our Los Gatos residents and th e business community will support and appreciate.
