TN 27 Aug 1821 (this entry crossed out - BFW). p. 154 - 10 Apr 1820: Jacob and Eliza MYERS, John and Amanda A. DUFFIELD, and Benjamin LEWIS, "all at present residents of Sullivan Co. TN," deed to Frederick A. ROSS of same county all of their interest in-the estate of David ROSS, Sr. who died 4 May 1817. David ROSS, Jr. had sold all of his interest to Benjamin LEWIS (recorded in Sullivan Co. TN). Thos. T. BOULDIN, one of the named executors, "hath alone been qualified and taken out letters testimentary." Part of the land lies in Sullivan and Hawkins Co. TN. The heirs give instructions as to the distribution of funds arising from sales. Witnesses: Perly FAIRBANKS and David W. R. MYERS. Proven in Grainger Co. TN, April term of Circuit Court 1822, at which time Richard NETHERLAND, Philip S. HALE, John PRYOR and John GAMBLE of Sullivan Co. were appointed to take acknowledgements of Eliza MYERS and Amanda A.
