The organizing committee reserves its rights, as laid out in the wording of ESNZ Article 611. 2. All classes will be run under all applicable FEI Rules and Regulations or 2015 ESNZ Rules for Eventing 3. Excessive entries and balloting as laid out in the wording of ESNZ Article 645 4. All horses in classes 2-6 are required to have either FEI passports or Official ESNZ Identification papers – FEI Article 137. All horses in Class 1 MUST have FEI passports. 5. Competitors in classes 1—5 are reminded that riders and horses must be registered with the FEI before their entries can be accepted, See Article 500 2.4 Horses and Riders in classes 1 – 6 must be registered with ESNZ. For class 7 they can pay an ESNZ equine casual membership of $5 per horse. 6. All horses in classes 1 - 5 must be accommodated on the grounds. Horses in classes 6 & 7 do not have stay on the grounds. 7. All horses must be presented at the arrival inspection with identification papers. Details of these times will be sent with the acceptance letter. All horses will be required to do a “trot up” on Thursday afternoon. 8. Bank Account for Internet Banking 01 0170 0141658 00 9. Late payments—will incur late fee of $50 if money is not in the bank account two working days after entries close. Unpaid entries will not be put in the draw until payment is received. 10. Unpaid fees owing from previous Puhinui events will need to be settled before your entry will be accepted. 11. Scratching’s must be notified immediately. Classes 1 to 7 refunds will only be paid out in accordance to ESNZ Eventing rules article 646 1.2. There will be no refunds for yards /camping after 5th December 2016. No refunds of $10 or less will be paid. 12. All fees listed in this schedule include GST 13. Qualifications – For classes 1 - 6 see the ESNZ Eventing website. Riders in classes 1, 2 & 4 who have not reached the age of 18 require an Age Dispensation from ESNZ Eventing. 14. Entries will not be accepted without this name. If no name is provided you will be put on a roster and will be emailed when you are required to help.
