Pulaski County Community Foundation Scholarship In 2014, the Community Foundation Board voted to create a new permanent scholarship with its own resources to broaden opportunities for local youth to receive assistance toward higher education costs. The hope is that the Pulaski County Community Foundation Scholarship with broad eligibility and minimal restrictions will encourage more students to apply. Winamac and West Central High School seniors who are Pulaski County residents and plan to attend a public or private post-secondary or trade school are eligible. Any student in good standing at his/her high school may apply, and there are no GPA requirements or field of study restrictions. An award will be made to a student from each high school every year. The Pulaski County Community Foundation Scholarship application will be available in the spring of 2015 along with applications for the many other scholarships administered by the Community Foundation. The PCCF Board encourages community members to support and strengthen the Pulaski County Community Foundation Scholarship fund with tax-deductible contributions of any size.
