Math Homework: No Homework

Thursday-Friday 10/15-10/16 I am sending home their Reading Book Bags. These are for you to keep at home. I know this is a long weekend, but it would be beneficial for your child to read at least one book from the book bag each day. Also a daily review of the “doubles” & “plus 1” math facts will help your child stay on target!

Have a GREAT Fall Break!

If you do not have crayons at home for some homework assignments-just use a pencil and right the 1st letter of the color. Ex. red-r or color with a pencil

Remember!!!

Upcoming Dates to Remember

The weather is changing! If your child brings a jacket, hoodie, or coat to school…please make sure their name is written in it somewhere! October’s Character Trait is Self-Control. Please work with your child on memorizing this poem. Self-Control I will never act impulsively; I’ll always stop and think. I will keep my body healthy, with the things I eat and drink I will always ask for what I need, Not beg for what I want. I’ll never use anger as my signal: I must yield my rights at once! My character is what will make a leader out of me! So next time through, let’s say it more ENTHUSIASTICALLY!

Oct. 14………………………. Trip to Garrett Pumpkin Patch Oct. 14………………………..AR Party-Thanks to those of you who helped your child reach this goal! Oct. 15-16---------Fall Break Oct. 22……………………..Osage Cultural Day Nov. 5 ………………………..Elementary Fall Carnival
