Already serving Londoners in eight locations, Pure is looking to double its number of sites over the next two years. We are busy and bustling all day serving breakfast, lunch, coffee and snacks. Size Pure’s preference is for 2,000 sq. ft.+ for high street locations, with at least 800 sq. ft. for ground floor sales.

Pure will look at sites from 1,200 sq. ft. to 4,000 sq. ft. (over one or two floors). In shopping centres or travel hubs we could operate from 500 sq. ft. of retail space if there is an additional 800 sq. ft.+ of kitchen and storage space available.
