PVMS BOX TOPS BULLETIN 2017 Dear Parents and Guardians,
Incentives Each month: Students and classes will compete to collect the most Box Tops. The winning student will receive a certificate. The winning classroom will win a Popsicle party and a certificate for their room!
August/September
Welcome back to school! Let me remind you of the Box Tops for Education program. Clipping Box Tops is an easy way for you to help our school earn cash. Last school year, we exceeded our goal and earned $2,057.30. The money we earn clipping Box Tops goes to the PTO to help fund all of the great activities they put on throughout the year, such as Family Fun Nights, assemblies, and Field Day. This school year, our school’s earnings goal is $2,000.00. Our first submission deadline will be September 29. Please check the expiration dates on your Box Tops to make sure we turn them in on time. Expired Box Tops cannot be submitted and do not count towards the student and classroom rewards. It’s easy to help!
At the end of the year: The top 3 student collectors for the year will receive a trophy at the awards ceremony. Students who have brought in 100 or more Box Tops will receive a certificate. The classroom that has contributed the most for the school year will also receive a certificate.
Are you a Box Tops member? Sign up at www.BTFE.com to stay updated on our school’s earnings and find a full list of over 250 participating products. Members also receive exclusive coupon offers and recipes, and can learn about extra ways for our school to earn more cash.

Clip the Box Tops from hundreds of participating products and send them to school! Each one is worth 10¢ when our school redeems them from Box Tops for Education. Put the Box Tops in a plastic baggie or envelope clearly marked with your child’s name, grade, and teacher’s name. Send the Box Tops to school with your child!

You can also print out collection sheets. Please make sure to firmly attach your Box Tops to the collection sheets with tape or glue if you send them in. We don’t get credit for lost Box Tops! Collection sheets can be downloaded from http://www.boxtops4education.com/about. The Box Tops Bonus App is an easy way to earn Bonus Box Tops in addition to any on the package clip Box Tops or other promotions! Just download the free app from the App Store or Google Play, and sign in using your Box Tops login. You can select Bonus Box Tops offers that apply to the items you already buy.
