Tournament Notes and Reminders: 1. Payment – All cheques should be made payable to “Queen’s University” for a total of $350.00. Your payment is due prior to the start of your first game. Receipts will be issued to all participants. 2. Game Components: All teams will be guaranteed a 10 minute warm-up. I have allowed 1.5 hours per game so we should be able to remain on schedule. If a team is late they may not be guaranteed this 10 minute warm-up if it places us behind schedule. Halftime with be 5 minutes. 3. Balls – no warm up balls will be provided. The official game ball will be a Wilson Evolution. 4. Awards – Champion and Consolation winners will be provided with a plaque. 5 tournament All-Stars will be selected as well as a tournament MVP. 5. Contact Information: If you need to reach me for any reason: 416-873-0300 (cell), 613-533-6000x75329 (office). 6. We will have a physiotherapist in the building, however, this is only to deal with emergency situations. If your players are in need of taping, etc. that will be up to you/them to figure out. 7. When you arrive at the ARC you will be able to move around the building via the main elevator. The following areas should be of note: Main Floor: Can be accessed via the stands from the level you enter. Teams that are playing are encouraged to use the elevator to go down to LL1 to access the court surface. Change Rooms: Teams will be able to use the main change room on LL2. We are not using individual team rooms as tracking keys and cleanliness have been issues in previous years. Lockers are available for use for anyone that brings a lock. Day lockers are available as well for a quarter. Upper Gyms: Use the elevator to move to Level 3.

Note: If this is the first time you have been to our facility I would encourage you to all take the time to explore the entire building. The staff is aware of the tournament and therefore you have full access to the building. Exploring the building does not include having any of your high school players use the weight or cardio facilities.
