Quick Cook Oven Preparation Guide

Improvements in baking technology have allowed foodservice operators to quickly prepare hot foods while maintaining quality. Schwan’s Food Service has developed baking instructions for Villa Prima® products across many of these quick cook ovens. j Search by product or oven type to find the desired baking instructions.

NOTE: Due to oven variances, baking times and temperatures may require adjustment. For food safety, bake until internal center temperature is at least 165°F.
