A bad habit? A harmless quirk? Let Us Talk Hair Body hair is rarely shown in the visual culture that we find ourselves so immersed in. Specifically in regards to women, hair is something that holds meaning and narrative. It is said... "Ask a woman about her hair and she just might tell you the story of her life." [Elizabeth Benedict.] Let Us Talk Hair began as a social space where women contributed data and personal stories about their own relationships with hair. Since, it has evolved into this poster series that showcases the insecurities, frustrations, and stigmas that surround this conversation of hair. || Spring 2016 18x24 || Digital Posters
