ADVANCED SIGNAL TIMING WORKSHOP The Advanced Signal Timing Workshop will take place November 20 at the Park Inn, Markham. The Advanced Signal Timing Course is designed to provide the traffic engineering practitioner with concepts and techniques used to define, calculate and implement signal timing plans for various operating conditions and characteristics. ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHOP The Environmental Assessment Workshop will be held December 3 at the Holiday Inn, Burlington. This workshop covers all types of environmental assessments for transportation projects including provincial, municipal and conservation authority environmental assessments. The interrelationship between these environmental assessments, criteria that triggers them and various aspects of each of these environmental assessments is also included.

BOOK 7: FREEWAY TRAINING The Book 7: Freeway Course will take place December 9 at CHSI, Mississauga. This one-day course is for installers (workers) and supervisors who will be responsible for or working on freeways. This course will benefit employers, provincial and municipal road authorities, contractors, engineers, designers, contract administrators, utilities, supervisors, workers, and inspectors.
