Evaluation Details Everyone is expected to be ON TIME and attend ALL sessions. No one is guaranteed to be on a certain team based on their team from last year as each year is a new evaluation. For those who have a conflict, please let us know ahead of time. We will do our best to evaluate your daughter on the day(s) she is present, and get her on the team that best matches her ability level.
The evaluators are all NONParent experienced lacrosse players. Please remember this is only a township league and not a club team. This program is run by VOLUNTEERS and our main goal is to provide everyone the opportunity to play the game of lacrosse. Please tell the girls to come ready to play and HAVE FUN their lacrosse experience will be great no matter what team they are on. For evaluation RESULTS we appreciate your help, and can't reiterate enough that preparing your daughter mentally for the season is the best support you can give us as program leaders. If you and your daughter are not in agreement with the team placement please respect the process and realize we have tried our best to get everyone evaluated correctly. We field very strong teams at Radnor, and will have many strong teams at each level this spring. Our main goal is to provide Radnor girls the best possible experience while playing the game of lacrosse.
