Raffle 2016: General Terms & Conditions Dream Team Italy SRL (Sports Tour Operator) is committed to help teams travelling under its programs, to enjoy a memorable sports & holiday trip experience and to make this experience as much affordable as possible. For this reason, Dream Team Italy SRL will sponsor the Raffle Grand Prize reserved only to its customers. The fundraising activity related to the raffle is the sole responsibility of the team/club/school and its members and the services they will use, as well as the production of the raffle tickets. Each team/club/school will be responsible to print and pay the production of the raffle tickets according to each own local State law for this matter and to respect the local taxes rules. Each club will decide how many raffle tickets to print. Dream Team Italy srl will issue a Raffle 2016 Certificate which will authorize the club / team / school, to use our holiday’s prize for the Raffle. In this certificate it will be stated what the prize includes. Dream Team Italy will send each team / client a template with the tickets format to print. The template will include: - club/ team/ school name - the Grand Prize - donator information - date of the draw and the website address where everyone can check the name of the raffle winner at www.dreamteamitalysports.com - value of the ticket according to the client's decision Dream Team Italy SRL will only act as the sponsor of the Raffle Grand Prize and it is only responsible for the official 2016 Raffle drawing, taking place on the 25th September 2016 in Como’s Province (Italy) during the Dream Team Golf Open, in order to declare the winner of the 2016 Raffle. Donators will be able to go and check the winner at: www.dreamteamitalysports.com Club/Team/School and its members (players, coaches, families, friends, etc…) will be able to participate in the 2016 Raffle only after the receipt of the Raffle 2016 Certificate. This document will be issued only after the trip confirmation and the payment of the 1st trip deposit. The 2016 raffle will be available for all Dream Team Italy groups/teams travelling in the 2016 year. We suggest ticket donation from 5.00 to 10.00 Dollars. Players keep 100% of the money raised to offset the cost of the tour. Winners must be US /CND citizens or permanent residents and at least one adult of 21+ years old must travel.

The winner will receive the official winner certificate from Dream Team Italy SRL and winner's photo will be posted on the Dream Team Italy's website. If prize notification or attempted notification is returned undeliverable, the prize is forfeit. Dream Team Italy SRL’s employees and collaborators and their families as well as the owners or member or employees of partner agencies, they are not allowed to participate in the Raffle. The tickets stubs sold must be collected by the official tour manager / representative of the club/ team and returned to Dream Team Italy not later than August 31st 2016. Tickets arrived after that date will be excluded from the Raffle Official Draw. Raffle 2016: General Terms & Conditions Grand Prize includes: 5 nights / 6 days for 2 people in 4 stars hotel in Rome in 1 double / twin room (bed and buffet breakfast is included). Roundtrip Airport transfers from Rome Fiumicino airport to your Four Stars hotel. Flight departure must be from one of the North America major gateways cities only: Toronto, Montreal, NY, Boston, Atlanta, Washington DC, Baltimore, and Miami. No stop overs en route. Dream Team Italy SRL will make all reservations for your flight, Airport Transfers and Hotel accommodations. The Grand Prize cannot be converted into cash. The Prize must be used before 31st August 2017. The Winner’s Certificate expires after that date. The Prize cannot be used during the following dates: from December 10th 2016 through January 10th 2017, over the Easter week-end 2017: Friday April 14th - Saturday April 15th - Sunday April 16th - Monday April 17th. The tour must be booked at least 90 days before departure, and the flights are subject to availability. The itinerary cannot be modified. In case of a trip cancellation by the winner, for any reason, after travel documents have been issued, the trip cannot be rescheduled for a future date. Cost of the prize will be claimed back to Dream Team Italy SRL. Winners travelling to Rome will have to take care for the validity of their passports at the date of the trip. Dream Team Italy will not be responsible for any additional costs generated by the trip except the costs of the services included in the Grand Prize. Winners must allow the use of their names without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. Dream Team Italy SRL is not liable for any injuries, losses or damages etc. of any kind caused by those who utilize these Prizes.
