1. Affix the four tube bases to the table base using three 10-24 nylock nuts per tube base. For easy set screw access, aim each tube base so the set screw faces inward.
2. Insert the legs into the tube bases. DO NOT TIGHTEN tube base set screws until step #4..
3. Place the plastic table top on the legs ensuring that each leg inserts fully into the table top. Install, but DO NOT TIGHTEN, four 5/16-18 x 3/4 Set Screws.
4. Make sure the top is square with the frame

base. Tighten the four tube base Set Screws and the four 5/16-18 x 3/4 Set Screws at the corners of the table top. This will lock the legs in place.

5. HARDWARE FOR THIS STEP IS INCLUDED WITH THE CLUTCH MOTOR. Insert the three 5/16”x 3” lag bolts. Flip the table on its top so that the three bolts are protruding upward. Attach the motor by assembling the large washers, the lock washers, and then the nuts onto each lag bolt. Once all hardware is properly tightened, flip the table back to the upright position.
6. Mount the treadle to the outside holes of the treadle mounting plate using four 1/4-20 x 1/2 Cap Screws and four 1/4-20 Nuts. Using the two remaining 1/4-20 x 1/2 Cap Screws and 1/4-20 Nuts, mount the adjustable L-Shaped treadle rod extension to the top edge of the treadle.
7. Using two #8x3 Wood Screws, mount the Belt Guard to the table top in the position shown at right.
