September Stats
Market conditions are tracking as predicted this month with stock levels remaining at the same level as at the end of August. Overall leasing numbers across the Wagga market are down on August but consistent with the lower stock levels. We expect available property numbers to be higher on our next report, as tenant vacate numbers begin to rise. Our average rent price statistics are showing a slight drop in rent prices over the first quarter of this financial year $295 per week, compared to last financial year $304 per week. Buyer demand for Investment properties is currently strong with over 50% of our recent sales being to out of town Investors. Contact our team if you are interested in selling.
