All Annual and Initial CELDTs for students who enrolled in August or September are to be completed by October 21st. Courtney has begun contacting sites to set up appointments for inspection and pick-up of completed assessments between October 17-28. Coordinators will need to be on site and available during the appointment window. Late pre-ID labels have been ordered and can be affixed during our visit. Please ensure the date testing was completed (box 9) is filled out and have your Group Identification Sheet (one per grade level) and School/Group List (one per site) forms ready. Keep in mind that additional test materials, such as unused student books and examiner manuals, will remain at your site all year for new arrivals. Thank you!

You Can Have Favorites Are you tired of having to scroll through assessment after assessment to find the current one you need? A great way to have them at your fingertips is to have Favorites. Here’s how: After you have logged in to Illuminate go to List Assessments Find your assessment Open it Choose the STAR in the top right corner-located just above “Overall Performance”
Next time you need that assessment just choose “Favorites”. It will appear as the first assessment on the list. Click the STAR again to remove the assessment from your Favorites.

Check out new Illuminate Reports Need a list of students that need to complete their assessment? Need a summary of completion by teacher? Just go to Reports > List Reports > in the Search Reports area type "Summary by Teacher” or ”List of Students”
On-Line Testing Brain Teaser Name each piece of hardware and email your answers to [email protected]. If you’re right you will be entered into a drawing. Deadline to enter is October 21st. 1. 2. 1 .
