TRC is required for all students in K-2 at Reading 3D schools with some exceptions. TRC is optional for: 1) Grade 2 students who take MAP (either as an optional assessment in BOY or MOY or as a required assessment in EOY). 2) Students who take alternate assessments. 3) EL’s whose ACCESS Literacy Score is
