This is an excellent opportunity to add this Spink County cropland, building site and grass land to your portfolio. These acres have good soil ratings and are located mainly within a 2 mile radius. This sale offers farming, ranching, hunting and investment opportunities. Terms 10% down as irrevocable earnest money on day of sale.
