Rebel Boot Camp Who IS Rebel? Rebel Boot Camp (“Rebel”) is one of Malaysia’s premier fitness boot camp programmes. A pioneer in the field, Rebel has been around since 2010 and forged a special brand of fitness, featuring aspects of military training, sports conditioning, speed, agility, strength, all of which are infused with fun, mud and friendship. Rebel’s programmes are designed to burn calories to about 72 hours after your workout. Based on the principles of high intensity interval training (HIIT), participants can expect to see results in just four weeks, including increased energy levels, physical strength, endurance, stamina and decrease in your body fat. Fitness has never been this fun! No screaming, yelling or whistle blowing because Rebel’s instructors are there to ensure you release the stronger, fitter you, in a safe and healthy environment. All Rebel instructors are certified, or are working their way towards certification. WHO IS IT FOR? Rebel is for anyone and everyone who wants to get fit, lose fat, increase sports performance, improve self-image, or seek fun. Programmes are designed to cater for all, with rankings for intensity levels. Our instructors are equipped to help you modify exercises if you have diagnosed health issues. THE PROGRAMME: Our programmes, all designed by Sergeant Senior (Senior Sergeant), Jason Moriarty, consist of either two or three sessions every week, depending on your chosen location. Each session takes place outdoors, using your body weight and a host of equipment to help you reach your goals. Programmes are designed to enable you to master your own body, thereby burning more calories, and, at the same time, building strength and endurance.
