Raised in West Palm Beach, Ian Fischer was working at a payroll company after attending Palm Beach State College. After deciding to leave that job, a friend of his broke his ankle and asked for Ian to fill in doing his job at a local pool company. One week turned into a month, which then turned into a job offer. Ian was given his own route and eventually decided to go into business for himself.
