Make a 40x40 yd box.

All players need a ball

Review the colors of the traffic lights. Red = Stop, Green = Go, Yellow = Slow. All players have ball.
•
The “Conductor” or Coach calls out the colors. Green – Go/Dribble; Red – Stop/Control the ball, Yellow – Slow/Dribble slowly.
•
All players need to try to make it from one end of the space to the opposite end using the colors from the conductor.
•
After initial rounds, players are eliminated if ball is moving on red, or if they go to fast on yellow. Play until there is a winner. Winner is the conductor.
