REFER-A-FRIEND When you refer a new player to our program, upon their registration you will receive a $75 credit towards your ESHA fees for the current season. Your friend will also receive a credit towards their fees in the amount of $25. CURRENT ESHA MEMBER: Complete this top section and give your friend the bottom section to complete. When both forms are received and registrations of both parties are verified, we will credit the accounts with the applicable amounts.
