In exchange for various real estate services to be provided to a Purchaser or a Seller identified below, by signing this agreement, the Destination Broker hereby agrees that, upon full and final settlement of a transaction involving the referred party, a percentage fee of % to the referred side of the transaction will be paid to the Originating Broker.
