2014 Refund Policy and Procedure – National Registration System
Greetings Member Unions and Clubs, The 2014 Refund Policy and Procedure for any registered online participant within the National Registration System is outlined below: 2014 Refund Policy: • Refunds must be formally requested through the club level, forwarded to the provincial level and finally processed as the national level. • For a request to be granted all 3 levels must approve the refund. • No refund shall be granted after a participant has partaken in 2 (two) practices (at any level of competition). • No refund shall be granted after a participant has partaken in 1 (one) game (at any level of competition). • Only full online refunds will be granted. Partial online refunds cannot be granted for the 2014 rugby season. 2014 Refund Procedure: 1. Participant fills out the Rugby Canada / ivrnet Refund Request From (please see attached). 2. Send to club administrator for approval. 3. Club administrator will forward to member union administrator for approval. 4. Member union will forward to Rugby Canada for processing. 5. Process takes 5-10 business days for funds to be returned to original method of payment.
