President-Elect, Sigma Theta Tau International STTI Board of Directors Cathy Catrambone has over 35 yrs. of nursing experience and currently is an Associate Professor at Rush University College of Nursing in Chicago. She is currently President-Elect of STTI and has served as Vice-President, Regional Coordinator, and Regional Coordinating Committee Chair for the organization. The focus of Cathy’s research is asthma surveillance and asthma management, with publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at national/international meetings. Joan Miller, PhD, RN

Faculty Emeritus Bloomsburg University Joan Miller has collaborated with the Good Work Research Team at Harvard University for 10 years under the direction of Dr. Howard Gardner, Harvard Graduate School of Education. She has integrated the theory of Good Work into Leadership and Honors Courses at Bloomsburg University. Joan’s research has addressed Good Work in Nursing in different cultures and practice settings. She has mentored students and colleagues who are investigating good work in clinical setting. International research is underway. Pamela Smith, EdD, RN, ANP
Leadership Consultant Class Act Consulting & Professional Development, LLC Pamela Smith is an entrepreneur, innovator, educator, coach, and mentor. She is the former co-founder and director of the Center for Lifelong Learning at the University of Rochester School of Nursing. Pamela is the co-author of The Professional Nurse: Market Yourself For Successful Results and serves as an adjunct nursing faculty at the University of South Florida, and the University of Rochester.
