The tournament will feature teams competing for NRU National Qualification and NERFU 7’s Championship Series points as well as eight other elite teams vying for the Harpoon Cup.

Our invitational tournament will be comprised of three different divisions: Women’s Elite NRU Qualifier, Men’s NERFU 7’s Championship Series and Men’s Open Harpoon Cup. Women’s NRU Qualifier • 8 Team tournament played out in Pool Play of 4 teams in each Pool. • Top two lines will advance to the Cup Championship. • Top two teams will advance to the National Championships.

Men’s NERFU 7’s Championship Series • Pool play for NERFU clubs. • Top 2 lines advance to the Cup Championship, points will be awarded to the top teams. • Points earned by by NERFU teams will go towards the overall NERFU 7’s Championship Series (Saratoga Sevens is the 4th leg of the series). • This bracket will be exclusive to NERFU teams only! Men’s Open Cup: Harpoon Cup • 8 team open division for club teams of all shapes and sizes. • Top two lines will advance to the Cup Championship. • This will be a highly competitive bracket and will fill up fast. Spots in all brackets are limited and will fill up quickly. Register now to reserve your spot! Hosted in Saratoga Springs, New York, this city is one of the best summer destinations in the world. We have developed the tournament to always coincide with the opening weekend of the Saratoga Horse Racing season! This combination of nightlife, restaurants, lakes, natural springs, national museums, national parks, arts, theater, SPAC, spas, mountains, horse racing, golf, gambling, polo and a pitch located right in the middle of town will provide the perfect backdrop to an amazing day of rugby. The tournament is hosted by Saratoga Rugby Club and partnering closely with the Convention & Tourism Bureau of Saratoga Springs to help accommodate every aspect of your visit to play in our premier tournament and enjoy our amazing city!
