HYBA is a completely volunteer community-run organization that provides Derry Township girls and boys in K—12 with the opportunity to play basketball in both Rec and Travel leagues from November through February. HYBA advances individual and team skills: dribbling, passing, shooting, rebounding and defense.

A BASKETBALL – sized appropriately for age so you can practice at home A JERSEY – Hershey Basketball printed jersey for practices and games PRACTICE & GAMES – 1-2 practices/week and games for kids in 3rd grade or older FREE ADMISSION – to all Hershey High School Boys & Girls home games
Costs: K-2nd skills sessions ........................................... $75 per child 3rd & 4th girls and boys ……………………….………… $75 per child 5th - 12th boys and girls…….……………............... $100 per child Family Plan (FP).................................................$200 per family NOTE: Late registration isn’t guaranteed and a $20 fee per child will be added – no exceptions.
Travel Programs: Competitive travel programs are offered for boys and girls in
5thand 6th grades. TRAVEL TRY OUTS will be held in mid-October. Players must be registered to try out for the travel teams. Travel Policy at www.HYBAhoops.com
Volunteers & Background Screening: HYBA is a volunteer organization and is always in need of help at all grade levels. All HYBA coaches are required to complete an on-line background check. Review the policy and sign up to volunteer at www.HYBAhoops.com
