***ALL REGISTRATIONS WILL BE HELD AT Morris Elementary School*** 9952 Graham Street, Cypress
Registration is not complete until you have physically come to one of the three (3) registrations with: • • • • •
One copy of your pre-printed form (3 pages) (You must register online at www.ayso154.org). All registration will be completed on-line this year and you must sign with e signature. Registration fees (check, cash) ***Bring your receipt if you paid online.*** Pay online with credit card and use our express lane at registration. BIRTH CERTIFICATE REQUIRED FOR ALL PLAYERS THIS YEAR. ONE TIME VERIFICATION AS WE TRANSTION TO A NEW SYSTEM. One copy of your pre-printed volunteer form (to be completed at www.ayso154.org) and your driver’s license.
Please check our website (www.ayso154.org) for any questions and help with Blue Sombrero instructions. Please remember to go through every screen, e-sign and click submit, and at the end print a copy of the player form to bring with you to registration. If you are not able to print the form, please make sure you have disabled your pop-ups. This is usually the only problem when it comes to printing. Our fees for a quality soccer program are extremely low only because we are an all volunteer organization. However, • No coaches = No teams, and No referees = No games. • We provide all the necessary training and support at no cost, so please volunteer. • Players will be placed on teams in priority of their registration date. • Teams are formed based on the number of qualified coaches.
We need VIP Buddy Volunteers to assist our VIP players. Cypress AYSO provides a quality soccer experience for children- and adults – whose physical or mental disabilities make it difficult to successfully participate on mainstream teams.
