To reserve a spot, a registration fee equal to one month’s tuition is required as well as a completed registration form and immunization records for any new students. The registration fee is non-refundable. The registration fee is NOT tuition for August. Tuition is due on a monthly basis one month in advance. Tuition is due the 1st of each month. A late fee of $10 will be charge on all receipts effective the 11th of each month. Please see the 2018-2019 Tuition Fee Schedule for further details. There are no adjustments for absences, illness, snow days or family vacations. In general, we follow the Columbia County school schedule for holidays and closings. The first day of school will be Monday, August 20, 2018.

2018-2019 Tuition Fee Schedule Tuition will be due ONE month in advance with no tuition due the last month of school. Tuition is due according to the following schedule: Due Date August 1st September 1st October 1st November 1st December 1st January 1st February 1st March 1st April 1st No payment due in May

A billing statement for August/September will be sent to you through the mail in the summer. Tuition will always be due on the 1st of the month and considered late if not received in my office by the close of the business day at 1 PM on the 10th of each month. Please keep in mind that electronically generated bank checks generally take five business days to reach my office. There will be a $10 late fee added to monthly charges beginning on the 11th of each month. Failure to make your monthly tuition payment by the end of the month that the tuition is DUE will result in immediate dismissal from the program. Please see the director privately if extenuating circumstances make payment difficult.
