PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to dine out on Friday night, that’s fine with us. However, each retreater is still REQUIRED to bring one snack to share with the entire group and the potluck dish circled above. Thank You! **NEW** CANCELLATION POLICY: We want to make sure that everyone understands our cancellation policy BEFORE you register for a retreat. We make no exceptions to this policy. Sorry to sound stern but we need to keep this "black and white" policy fair for everyone. The following is our current and continuing cancellation policy: Should you need to cancel, you must contact us either by telephone or in person. Cancelations received at least 60 days prior to retreat date will receive a full refund at time of cancelation. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to the retreat, a full refund will only occur if your seat is filled from our waiting list. Every attempt will be made to fill your space from our waiting list, however we do not begin taking names for our waiting list until a retreat is sold out. If your space is filled from our waiting list, we will refund your fee after the date of your cancelled retreat or you may use your refund fee toward the purchase of a future open retreat date. Retreat fee does not constitute “ownership” of your space. You may not sell, trade or barter your space to anyone else.
