GENERAL INFORMATION

NANPA

Nurse Practitioner Symposium Objectives: The purpose of this program is to: • Enhance and update the assessment, diagnostic, and clinical skills of the nurse practitioner • Highlight the current trends affecting the evolving role of the nurse practitioner in today’s changing health care environment Intended Audience: Nurse practitioners, nurse midwives, clinical nurse specialists, registered nurses, physician assistants, physicians, other health care providers and students. Professional Credit: 12 Continuing Education Units are offered if you attend all sessions including dinner. CE’s are provided by NANPA, Inc., which is an approved CE provider by the ASNA, an accredited approved by the ANCC/Commission on Accreditation. Cancellation Policy: NANPA reserves the right to cancel any activity. Registration fees will be refunded in the event this symposium is cancelled. Registration fees of applicants who wish to cancel will be refunded minus a 20% processing fee, upon written or telephone request. To receive a refund, your cancellation notice must be received by September 15, 2009. Hotel Accommodations: Arrangements have been made with the Huntsville Marriott to serve as the Conference site and headquarters for the discounted overnight accommodations. The Huntsville Marriott is located at 5 Tranquility Base next to the U.S. Space & Rocket center.
