Church Planter Training will take different shapes: Church-based training, training centers, and workshops that build on each other. The training becomes sustainable after the regional launch and carries into new generations of training. In order to be effective, national trainers must be prepared and materials must be “home grown” or adapted to on-the-ground realities. Teams of lay and bi-vocational workers are coached by experienced player-coaches who have proven themselves competent and faithful.
