Registration Information for the MG Winter Bazaar? Where: When:

Marysville Getchell High School (8301 84th St. NE Marysville, WA. 98270) Friday, Nov. 17, 2017 Set-up at 3 pm….shopping begins around 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM Saturday, Nov. 18, 2017 Set-up at 8 am…..doors open at 10 AM – 3 PM for shopping

**If you are a representative for a company such as Michi, Pampered Chief, Partylight, etc please do NOT pay until you have been confirmed as our vendor for the event. Once you have been confirmed by email you must pay within 1 week of your confirmation email to keep your spot or the next person on our list will be called. This is to ensure that all companies can be represented.

Saturday Price: Early Bird FEE Each booth space is $60 if paid in full by Oct. 13th after this date cost will be $70 per booth space. If you would like to pay early bird fee you may stop by Marysville Getchell in the commons building at the cashier or mail your payment by check. All checks need to be made out to MGHS.

Friday Price: To participate in the Friday portion of this event you must also participate in Saturday. These spots will be located in the Commons Area (outside the gym) where people enter the building and these spaces are limited. We are not sure of the crowd turn out….This option is usually gone by early bird deadline.  Must also participate in Saturday  Additional Cost $15 (This is an increase)  You will stay in these spots for Saturday’s portion.

Required Silent Auction item: This activity is sponsored by MG Band Booster Club. All vendors must donate 1 item that is approximately valued at $10 for our silent auction as part of your registration fee. The profit from this will be split between Future Business Leaders of America and the MG Band Booster Club. We are hoping that auction will allow another option to make money for our students. We will collect auction items upon check in.

Registration must to be returned to MGHS by November 6th, 2017 to secure a spot, unless we sell out. We have sold out the last 2 years by the early bird deadline.

Booth size will be about 10ft wide by 10ft deep
