Registration Instructions 2018-19 LIFT! Living in Faith Together - Family Faith Formation Please complete the following: Registration Form: Indicate your choice of session time List all participants who will be coming to the session including adults, children in grades 1-8, preschool children attending Kidzone and high school students who may be attending or volunteering. Include registration fee - $125 per child in grades 1 thru 8. ( no charge for others attending) Payment can be made via Online Giving at giving.parishsoft.com/holyeucharist. You can also text to give at 609 224 1774 or download the Connect Now Giving app. Check or cash also accepted.
Data update Sign into “My Own Church”: - our member data portal – trenton.parishsoftfamilysuite.com. If you have not previously logged in, click on “New User” and then select Holy Eucharist Church, Tabernacle. Confirm that all data for your family is correct, especially cell phone numbers and email addresses, and make any changes. Please note that the “My Offering” and “My Ministry” options are not currently available. If you have a child not currently listed, add their information to your data profile Note any special needs or other information you would like us to know about your child. All information provided is confidential.
Volunteer Form: Choose what service opportunity you would like to do with your family at LIFT Remember: We ask each family to serve at least one session during the year.
Completed Forms Return completed Registration Form, Volunteer Form and Registration fee by July 31, 2018.
