Rejection operation check The sensor mounted on the rejector actuator monitors that the rejector gate and the dividing conveyor are operating properly. Failures of internal units, such as actuators, and problems with air supply, etc., can also be monitored.

This rejection gate is designed to reject tall products such as bottles and allows preventing products from falling or crossing the gate. Mounting of this gate may decrease rejection speed.

This rejection gate is designed to reject thin products such as sheets and sealing bags. The gate allows covering the gap between rejection gate and conveyor belt to prevent clogging of products.

5-direction rejecting function (for Checkweighers)

Pass product dividing function (for Checkweighers)

This is for expansion of rejection output from 3-direction to 5-direction. This allows rejection of metal contaminated product and external NG product in addition to rejection of 3-direction based on correct weight, lightweight, and overweight.

The dividing function divides PASS products into 2 to 4 directions at every set quantity or weight. This function allows dividing products to multiple production lines and supplying of products to the next process. It is also able to stop dividing into a specific direction by using a dividing stop input.
