Changes and enhancements in this release apply to the following areas of the system; Applicants in the Job Profile, Candidate Pool, and Admin & Reports.
Applicants in the Job Profile When you log into the system and click on a job you will now see a new column. This column will indicate whether an applicant has applied more than once. When you hover over the icon, a message will appear notifying you of the number of times they have applied. This number is
the total number of times they’ve applied to any job in your account.
In addition to this this, when you click the plus sign to show more of the applicant, there will be a new Application History bubble.

Selecting the Application History bubble will expand that section and display all the jobs that the applicant has applied to. It will also give you the ranking, stage and disposition for those applications.
Please note, that because of this change to the display, you may need to clear your browser’s cache history. This will ensure that everything will display properly, without any errors. To force a cache refresh in most PC browsers, simply hold down the Ctrl key and hit F5. If this does not force a cache refresh, you may need to clear your browser’s history within the Settings menu. For a Mac, use Apple + R or command + R to force a reload or refresh of the page.

Candidate Pool
The indication of multiple applications and application history for a candidate is also reflected in the Candidate Pool.
When you expand a candidate’s information, the Application History bubble appears. Clicking the bubble will display the same application history as displayed on the Job.

Admin & Reports
Companies can now choose to list their address on their job posting page and application page. Within Admin & Reports, click the Account Information section. As you scroll down to the bottom of the page, there’s a section titled Branding Information.

June Month End 2014 Release Notes Updated: 6/24/2014 Under the Branding Mode drop-down is a new selection for Company name, logo and address.
By selecting this option and clicking Save on the bottom of the page, your job postings and application pages will display all three pieces of information.
