Connectshaftextensionto controlmodule (throughbackplate). 5 . Placetemplateon verticalflat surfaceof the retum air plenum. o . Markand drillmountingholes. 7 . Cut out sectionof plenumto allowcontrolmodule to passthrough. 8 . Breakoff wiringtab on back plate. 9 . Attach 24 V wires to Terminals#2 and #3. NOTE: Allwiringshouldconformto NEC recommendationsand any localcodes. 1 0 .Secure back plateto the plenum (screwsprovided). Directallwiresthroughthe wiringslot but do not pull wires too tightly. Make sure the back plateis flat and is not underany unduestress. coverand knob. 1 1 .Re-installfront 1 2 .Turn electricalpowerbackon.
