Renovation Highlights Project Update Keith Gunderson Pin 713 Alpha Psi Building Lead

Brothers, The House is beginning to look like a home once again. Over the past few weeks the ruff in for mechanical has been completed along with the sprinkler pipe to each room. We will be finishing the spray-in insulation this week. The second floor has now been sheet rocked and the process of taping the joints has started. Changes to the outside have also taken place with the addition of the back entry and new stairwell. Today the mechanical crew installed the new boiler and hot water tank. It is amazing how the boilers are more efficient; the new one just mounts on the wall! I am happy to report that everything seems to be keeping on schedule with good effort from all the crews. If anyone is in the River Falls area I would encourage you to stop by and see the progress. River Falls days will be July 8th and 9th and I will be available to show anyone around the building. Just give me a call at the number below and I can unlock the building for you. Guided tours will also be available.
