Reprocessing EServices Data
Reprocessing EServices Data You will need to log into 2Touch and go to Options -> Admin. From here, in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, choose ‘2TouchPOS Services’
From the 2TouchPOS Events screen, choose ‘Jobs’ at the bottom of the screen.
From the ‘2TouchPOS Jobs’ screen, choose ‘Eservices Daily Sales Data’ on the left-hand side. Then go to the bottom of the screen and press ‘Reprocess’.
From this screen, please choose your start and end date for the time period in which you wish to reprocess the data and have it sent. Once you have the correct date range chosen, press ‘OK’
Once the process is finished, it will display a screen indicating that the job was finished sucessfully.
From the 2TouchPOS Events screen, choose ‘Jobs’ at the bottom of the screen.
