MANDATORY Fall Sports Parent Meeting Thursday, August 18, 6:00pm Palmer HS Auditorium Please plan to attend the MANDATORY Fall Sports Parent Meeting, for the parents of ALL fall student-athletes. There will be sign-in sheets. If a parent is NOT in attendance, the studentathlete will NOT be allowed to participate in competition until the parent signs a document stating they understand the information that was discussed at the Fall Sports Parent Meeting. Mission & Vision of the Athletic Department Palmer Athletic Standards and Procedures Eligibility CHSAA Transfer changes Transportation Parents will meet with sport specific groups Business office will be open. Purchase Parent Passes for home athletic events.

REQUIRED – SIGN UP FOR EMAIL OR TEXT ALERTS We started a new Athletic website in the middle of school year, last year. When you are registered you will receive all the important information from coaches and the Athletic Department. Those alerts can come through email and/or text, your preference. All programs are required to communicate via the website, so make sure you sign up! 1. Go to phsterrors.org 2. About halfway down the screen, see ALERTS, and click on sign-up to receive team alerts via text or email. 3. Follow the instructions for creating a new fan account. 4. Make sure to follow all levels of all the sports you are interested in. (i.e. if you want to follow football, choose C, JV and V).
